The Academy of European Law ERA in Trier agreed with the Project to include EUR-Charts materials in their forthcoming e-learning courses. ERA is a non-profit public foundation that provides training in European law to judges, public servants and private practitioners. Its patrons include most EU member states and it is supported by the EU. [Posted 14.3.2011]

The Project Team finalized the production of a specific “Charts”-publication Essential EU Competition Law in Charts, taking into account the Lisbon updates and the entering into force of all block exemption regulations amended until 1 January 2011. The production is aimed in particular at corporate compliance departments, business lawyers, competition authorities and students in the field of competition law: “Essential EU Competition Law in Charts”, 144 p., due January 2011. The Project Team is busy developing Suggested solutions to the Exercises contained in the Book “Essential EU Law in Text”. The Suggested solutions will be published in the Web-Companion “Essential EU Law in Text” as they become available. – Update: Both, the Exercices and the Suggested solutions are now published here.
